ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates and provides support by installing, calibrating, maintaining, testing, troubleshooting and repairing of x-ray and CT based security systems of a highly complex nature.
- Prepares and conducts formal and informal training courses for customer personnel in the operation and maintenance of systems and equipment. Provides on-site technical and operator training.
- Works with customer via phone or person to identify operations/technical problems. Responds to customer complaints and questions until resolved.
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses system/equipment interface problems during installations.
- Acquaints customer personnel with the full capabilities of the equipment and/or systems for the immediate operational requirements. Advises customer of all equipment changes and authorized modifications.
- Conducts local visits to customer sites (airports) to help determine requirements, needs, and perceptions.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of technical school with minimum Bachelor of Engineering in Computer, Electrical, or Communications / or military training in electronics engineering technology.
- Typically possesses more than five years experience in field service environment with at least three of which have been with a directly applicable industry
- specific highly skilled knowledge of x-ray, CT technologies, and company’s products and equipment.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent customer interface, presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written are required. Knowledge of complex digital and analog circuitry is required, Unix and Linux a plus. Knowledge of complex mechanical systems, familiarity with test equipment (DVM and oscilloscope) and experience with High Voltage and X-ray producing equipment preferred. Team player with ability to prioritize and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight. Ability to perform multiple activities simultaneously and independently. Must be available to travel on short notice, work non-standard hours, travel on weekends, and assist other field sites as required. May be required from time to time to lift heavy weights.

About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Customer Support Engineer to join our Customer Success team, offering support to our customers development teams leveraging web technologies to build applications for the Financial Industry.
In this role, you will help understand our customers technical requirements, provide technical solutions, manage client communications, analyze log files, examine client code and partner with our senior engineers to provide solutions. Your influence and thoughtful technical expertise will assist clients (from developers to senior management) in demonstrating OpenFin capabilities while providing direction on how other industry leaders are approaching similar implementations. Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Assume ownership of inbound queries associated with usability and potential issues associated with a customer’s OpenFin implementation. You’ll work closely with our customers to provide a professional, responsive and comprehensive approach to resolving their queries. You’ll build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers and eventually be viewed as a go-to individual amongst customers.
- Technical Support: Analyse and troubleshoot customers issues through targeted questions to quickly understand root causes. By recognizing our customers’ implementation requirements and blocking issues, you’ll leverage standard escalation procedures to raise awareness with the appropriate internal teams.
- Ticket Resolution: Ensure tickets in our Support ticketing system are well documented with details discovered through customer conversations. Actively maintain your ticket queue through active analysis on ticket status and customer follow ups. Properly catalogue tickets with meta-data to assist OpenFin Support, Product and Engineering teams the ability to make more informed decisions.
- Content Creation:
- Develop reusable tutorials and examples that address common OpenFin implementations at scale.
- Create developer documentation referencing OpenFin & Web best practices and thoughtful integration approaches.
- Grow our Support Knowledge Base through origination and maintenance of technical articles.

Position Summary:
The Electrical Engineer is required to provide oversight and management of contractor design providing guidance; checking and ensuring the detailed engineering design of the electrical systems in various areas of the NEOM Mountain region, which consists of recreational assets comprising of site wide infrastructure, ski slopes, hiking and nature trails; real estate comprising of hotels, extremist-luxury mansions, villages, lifestyle and resorts; and major structures consisting of vault, lake tunnel and bow, are correct and aligned with requirements set by client.
Position is based in India but will required extended travel to contractor design offices.
Essential Duties
- Coordinates engineering effort in assigned areas between contractors and other engineering groups or disciplines, with the client, suppliers, and contractors and between other groups.
- Review and comment on contractor design and drawing packages.
- Utilize software to review and check designs; and perform calculations to check designs by others.
- Supports a work environment that fosters openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and satisfaction.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of electrical engineering techniques and design calculation principles
- Knowledge of precedents and latest trends in electrical engineering, and the principles and practices of related technical areas.

- Professional license from a recognized licensing or registration board

Position Overview
Boeing India Engineering is currently looking for a Lead Mechanical Systems Customer Support Engineer (Payloads/Interiors) to join the team in Bangalore, India. This position will focus on providing 24/7 support to Boeing commercial airplane customers. This position offers a unique opportunity to work complex technical challenges in support of safety operation and return to service.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assessing and resolving product/process issues through the product life-cycle.
- Leading research of technical, operational and quality issues that cannot be resolved by the customer.
- Providing analysis of interim and final engineering solutions to return airplanes to revenue service.
- Working with multi-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis and develop dispositions for complex design non-conformance.
- Assesses sophisticated system events reports to resolve potential safety issues.
- Writes documentation of hardware related problems.
- Develops customer correspondence for continued safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Solves problems and provides other support of fielded hardware over the entire product life-cycle.
- Willing to support a 24/7 on-call rotation schedule and the ability to work variable shifts, including weekends or overtime.
