A: Worked on designing complex workflows, SLAs, Security, UI Pages, UI macros, and UI actions B: Worked on Integrations such as direct and scripted web services
C: Knowledge of ITIL v3 foundation and Service Management processes
D: Added advantage to having code troubleshooting experience
E: Knowledge of UNIX, Shell scripting, and PL/SQL
Technical Experience :
A: Hands-on experience in the modules: Knowledge Management, Service Catalog Management, Request fulfillment process, etc
B: Good to have ServiceNow implementation experience in the On-Premise instances
C: Experience working in HRSD areas like HR case management, HR portals and connect chat, etc
D: Service-Now Implementation Specialist certification
E: Prior experience on ServiceNow instance upgrade from one family to other
F: Experience in scripting Business rules, JavaScript, HTML

The Senior Analyst Data Analytics position assists in the development of advanced analytics to support the company’s strategic objectives. The role works cross-functionally with business partners to design and implement decision analytics, tools, and new visibility/reporting capabilities.
This role has responsibility for creating analytics, translating business questions to actionable insights, supporting ongoing analytical needs, designing new analytical tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytical solutions for Global Contact Center.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- 15%- Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, colleagues, developers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality analytics solutions
- 65%- Data analytics with large volumes of data, using a wide variety of database applications / analytical tools
- 10%- Data cleansing, validation, testing
- 5%- Enhancements/modifications to systems & procedures
- 5%- Supporting end users, problem-solving, troubleshooting
Candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Working knowledge of business analytics, data quality, reporting excellence, and constructing a self-service data environment
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate and translate requirements between technical and business teams
- Proficient in analyzing complex workflow processes and procedures
- Willingness to observe and analyze patterns, trends, and correlations in technology, and business practices, and (re)train as necessary to remain current in modern IT service management and business analysis best practices, frameworks, standards, and methodologies
- An understanding of statistical techniques to interpret and analyze data
- Significant business analysis or systems analysis experience working in both the business and IT environment
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and development methodology
Education/Licensure/Certification:
- BA/BS degree in related field; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- 3 + experience and proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Requires a minimum of 3 + years of Tableau experience.
- Must possess 3 + years of related database analysis and/or administration experience
- Must possess at least 2 + years of Business Intelligence, analytics, statistics and/or reporting experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with large data sets
- Ability to transform data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of ETL tools is a plus
- Strong SQL development skills desired, writing complex queries and stored procedures with SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL
