The Senior Analyst Data Analytics position assists in the development of advanced analytics to support the company’s strategic objectives. The role works cross-functionally with business partners to design and implement decision analytics, tools, and new visibility/reporting capabilities.

This role has responsibility for creating analytics, translating business questions to actionable insights, supporting ongoing analytical needs, designing new analytical tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytical solutions for Global Contact Center.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

  • 15%- Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, colleagues, developers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality analytics solutions
  • 65%- Data analytics with large volumes of data, using a wide variety of database applications / analytical tools
  • 10%- Data cleansing, validation, testing
  • 5%- Enhancements/modifications to systems & procedures
  • 5%- Supporting end users, problem-solving, troubleshooting

Candidate must be able to demonstrate:

  • Working knowledge of business analytics, data quality, reporting excellence, and constructing a self-service data environment
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate and translate requirements between technical and business teams
  • Proficient in analyzing complex workflow processes and procedures

  • Requires a minimum of 3 + years of Tableau experience.
  • Must possess 3 + years of related database analysis and/or administration experience
  • Must possess at least 2 + years of Business Intelligence, analytics, statistics and/or reporting experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with large data sets
  • Ability to transform data into actionable insights
  • Knowledge of ETL tools is a plus
