2. Take calls/chats which involve working in different time zones

3. Take calls/chats from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.

4. Flexible to work in shifts.

5. Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills

6. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

7. Good technical knowledge
